The terms “you” and “your” in this Agreement refer to you, the Member. Brass Tacks

Photography, LLC (“BTP”) admits you to membership in BTP’s photography studio program (the “Studio”) and grants you the right and the privilege to use the Studio’s facilities, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for so long as this Agreement remains in effect.

ACCESS AND EVENT TIMES AT THE STUDIO: The Studio access and use must be within the date and time specified and agreed to by the Parties. Client’s rental time begins immediately at the designated starting time and ends immediately at the designated ending time. Time includes set up break-down and cleaning times. Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. No prior drop-off and/or pick-up after completion of shoot, of equipment, props, etc. unless negotiated at time of rental contract. Early or extended hours must be worked out and paid for in advance before rental period begins. If rental time is exceeded a $50 charge will be made for the extra time.

ALL ADDITIONAL CHARGES + FEES: The Studio will charge the card that is on file, at the time of booking for: going over time, broken items, cleaning fees, etc.

VEHICLE PARKING AND UNLOADING: User and their guests must abide by all parking and traffic requirements and ordinances, including but not limited to passenger and equipment loading and unloading regulations, observance of authorized parking locations, payment of required fees, and display of vehicle parking permits. Payments of citations which result from parking and/or traffic violations are the sole responsibility of the User and its guests. Users who use the allotted parking space must park their vehicle close to the curb. If vehicle prohibits entry or exit of other lot tenants, vehicle is subject to tow at User’s expense.

BOUDOIR PHOTOGRAPHY

Tasteful boudoir photography is permitted. Please reach out to the Studio to discuss. Explicit sexual activity is strictly prohibited. Please keep in mind that the Studio has large street-level windows to allow ample light in the space. We encourage drawing blings and hanging the privacy magnetic curtains provided during sessions of this nature. All changing of clothes be done in our wardrobe area or restrooms.

RESTRICTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

SUPERVISION OF MINORS: All guests under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times.

FLAMES, FIRE, EXPLOSIVES, SMOKE, OR FOG MACHINES ARE PROHIBITED: Open flames and the burning of any materials, including incense is prohibited. Fog and/or smoke machines or other equipment, which may activate fire alarms or sprinklers, are prohibited in the Creative Space.

GLITTER AND CONFETTI ARE PROHIBITED: Glitter and confetti are prohibited without BTP’s approval. If these materials are used, Member will be charged a $50 cleaning fee.

NAILS, TACKS, STAPLES AND ADHESIVES ARE PROHIBITED ON WALLS

SMOKING AND ILLICIT DRUG USE IS PROHIBITED. BTP reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately without refund if such activity occurs.

NOISE ORDINANCE: The Studio is located within a mix-use building. Members and guests shall not interfere with the regular use of the Studio, the building and the adjacent areas on site by the public or other Studio guests. Excessive noise or other disruptive behavior is prohibited and anyone in violation will be subject to removal.

NO ASSIGNMENT OR TRANSFER: This Agreement is non-assignable and non-transferable.

SEAMLESS PAPER CHANGE MUST BE REQUESTED PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT: For your safety, user’s may not attempt to swap out paper options without help from a BTP representative.

RIGHT OF ENTRY: Brass Tacks Photography reserves the right to enter and inspect the Studio at any time for any purpose during the use. User shall follow all directives from BTP or its authorized agent. Owner may monitor all activities in the studio and have the authority to enforce this Agreement. Owner may terminate the rental if Renter breaches this Agreement or applicable local law.
